01Parties

02The service
On AdWarz you play free browser games, earn points and use them to put your own site's ad on the ad wall. The order on the wall is decided by points only. The site also has paid sponsor slots.
03Membership
- You can play without signing up. As a guest you can collect up to 1,000 points; guest points cannot be spent and guests cannot place ads.
- You sign up with a username, email and password; you sign in with your username (or email) and password, or with Google. Don't share your password; you are responsible for the security of your account and email.
- Each person may open only one account. Disposable email addresses are not accepted.
- Children under 13 may not sign up. You must be over 18 to place ads or make payments.
04Points
- Only our server calculates and records points. You can earn up to 5,000 points per day.
- Points have no monetary value: they cannot be cashed out, sold, bought or transferred to another account.
- Points put on an ad cannot be taken back and decay by 5% every calendar day.
- To keep the game balanced, we may change point values, the daily limit and the decay rate; we announce changes on the site.
- If an account is closed, the points in it and on its ads are deleted.
05Ad wall and ad rules
- You need at least 1,000 points to open an ad. An account can run up to 3 ads at the same time. An ad whose points fall below 1,000 leaves the wall.
- The ad owner is responsible for the ad and for the content of the site it links to.
- The “Fetch my info” button pulls the title, description and icon from the site's public page. You can change them before publishing; you are responsible for what you publish.
- Ads are filtered automatically and reviewed by hand when needed. We may remove ads that break the rules without notice; in that case the points on the ad are not refunded.
06Banned content
The following are not allowed in ads, nicknames or the sites ads link to:
- Profanity, insults, hate speech and discrimination
- Betting, gambling and games of chance
- Violence, terrorism, weapons and explosives
- Obscene and adult content
- Drugs and illegal substances
- Fraud, phishing, malware and fake income promises
- Content that infringes others' trademarks, copyright or personal rights
- Content containing other people's personal information
- Sites blocked in Turkey and anything else that is illegal
07Banned behaviour
- Using cheats, bots or automation tools, modifying the game or exploiting bugs
- Collecting points with more than one account
- Generating fake clicks or views on your own or anyone else's ad
- Attacking or overloading the site, or trying to access someone else's account
We may delete the points, remove the ads, suspend or close the accounts of anyone who breaks these rules.
08Sponsor slots and payments
Sponsor slots are paid and do not affect the order on the wall. Sponsor content is subject to the same content rules above.
Prices, durations, payment, refund and withdrawal terms will be set out in a separate Distance Sales Agreement and Preliminary Information Form once payments are available.
09Intellectual property
The site's design, games, software and brand belong to us and may not be copied without permission.
Your ad content belongs to you. By placing an ad, you give us a free, non-exclusive permission to show it (site address, title, description, icon) on the site and in games, resize it and store your icon on our server. This permission ends when the ad is removed.
10External links
Ads on the wall and in sponsor slots link to sites owned by third parties. We are not responsible for their content or security. You can report an ad you think breaks the rules to [to be added].
11Availability and liability
We provide the service as is. There may be interruptions for maintenance, faults or development. We may change or remove games, the wall and features.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages caused by interruptions or errors in the service. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
12Closing your account
You can close your account at any time from the My account page or by writing to [to be added]; your points and ads are deleted with it. We reserve the right to close accounts that break these terms.
13Changes
We may update these terms. We announce important changes on the site. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
14Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the legal limits.
